Terms & Conditions

1. All rooms are subject to availability and must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.

2. All rentals are for piano and/or acoustic (i.e., not amplified) instruments and/or singers and for practice/rehearsal only.

3. Rooms may not be used for private music teaching or any other paid work.

4. Rooms may be used for auditions or examinations. Please contact us with your requirements and to get a quote.

5. The hire fee is due before the practice or rehearsal commences.

6. Practisers are responsible for removing any rubbish and returning the room to its original state after finishing.

7. No food or drink is allowed in the studios.

8. The school is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, including instruments.
