Join the acclaimed IIMS Children’s Chorus

Come along to learn fun repertoire, learn to use your voice, to sing in harmony and make friends as part of this wonderful group.

The Irish Institute of Music & Song Children’s Chorus is directed by the award-winning conductor, Rebecca Gilbert. The choir is a fun and friendly introduction to choral singing and musicianship for kids aged 7 to 12. No experience is necessary. Rehearsals involve singing, musical games and musicianship lessons.

We run the choir in two locations - The IIMS Campus in Balbriggan, and St Sylvester’s Parish Centre in Malahide. The two groups come together for concerts, special events and fun days.

Thanks to the generous support of the IIMS Foundation and Our Balbriggan, we are able to keep the costs per rehearsal low to encourage as many young singers as possible to join in the fun.

Malahide Choir Rehearsal: Tuesday 4pm to 5:15pm in St Sylvester’s Parish Centre, Malahide

Balbriggan Choir Rehearsal: Wednesday 5:30pm to 6:45pm at the IIMS Campus, Balbriggan.
