Music Afterschool @ IIMS
The Irish Institute of Music & Song has launched Ireland’s first music-based afterschool programme, for children 8-12 years of age. Students will have a team of dedicated, professional programme directors and assistants who will aid in the completion of homework, lead a variety of musical activities and supervise outdoor play- Email afterschool@iims.ie to secure your place TODAY!!
NEWSFLASH: During the February midterm, we are offering children 8-12 years old a chance to trial our Music Afterschool on Thursday 20th or Friday 21st of the month. You will get the chance to come and view our facilities, meet our wonderful teachers and experience the programme for yourself. Monday - Friday, 2:30PM - 6:00PM
Term dates: 6th Jan 2025-27th Jun 2025
The term dates will follow the academic calendar, and will not operate during public holidays or school breaks.
Starting from *€61.50 per week, paid the month in advance.
Fee includes:
Hot meal
Supervised homework time
Group classes in violin, recorder, tin whistle, percussion and more
Optional membership in IIMS Children’s Choir (normally €9 per week)
15% discount on 1-to-1 IIMS Academy lessons, on instrument of your choice
20% sibling discount for each additional child registered
*a deposit is required to secure your place in this programme. Deposit can be paid upfront in a single installment, or split across the first 3 months of enrollment fees. The weekly fee indicated here is for 3 days attendance per week.
