Megan Walsh

Megan Ruby Walsh is a classically trained singer from the prestigious Royal Academy of Music in London, and was a member of the Grammy nominated group Celtic Woman, performing across the world for five years. A highly versatile performer Megan was also a lead singer with the Cross Border Orchestra of Ireland, and most recently with Frank McNamara during his candlelight concert tour. 

As well as being a classically trained soprano, Megan has a passion for all genres of music, with this being exemplified by her most recent solo project where she has been writing a country and folk album for the past year. Megan has also been deeply involved with musical theatre from a very young age, having played leading roles such as Cosette in Les Miserables, and Mary Magdalene in Jesus Christ Superstar. 

Her experience as a world renowned performer has seen her play to some of the most beloved venues across the world including at Carnegie Hall, Red Rocks Amphitheater, the London Palladium, the National Concert Hall and the Bord Gáis to name but a few. 

Megan has been teaching for over four years and has a great passion for helping all voices reach their full potential, irrespective of the style of genre.
