All the way from Wisconsin USA, The Irish Institute of Music & Song are proud to welcome the Wausau Lyric Choir.

The Wausau Lyric Choir was founded in 1972 by Lowell Larson as an adult vocal ensemble specialising in the performance of sacred music. Drawing on an enthusiastic membership from Lutheran congregations, the Choir quickly earned renown for excellent performances, especially in the music of F. Melius Christiansen. Under the leadership of Mr. Larson, the choir toured the upper Midwest, performing in Minnesota, Indiana, Iowa, and throughout Wisconsin.

We cannot wait to also welcome “Celtic Calling” - Celtic Calling is a No. 1 iTunes chart-topping group consisting of award-winning, grammy-shortlisted performers that have come together to share their passion for Celtic music. The group have performed alongside world-renowned acts such as Celine Byrne and at prestigious venues and events ranging from St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Dublin to being the headline act for National Irish Heritage Week 2022. They perform nationally across their native Ireland as well as touring internationally delivering their unique and captivating take on Celtic classics and their own Celtic-inspired compositions.
