The Irish Institute of Music & Song is proud to introduce this latest installment of the Fingal Festival of Voices. Founded in 2019, Fingal Festival of Voices brings some of the best vocal talent and choral music to North County Dublin, for an immersive musical experience - and now it’s YOUR turn!
PERFORM ON THE STAGE OF THE LARK CONCERT HALL
Your choir will perform on the stage of The Lark Concert Hall - Ireland’s newest and most innovative performance venue, and Ireland’s favourite building of the year 2024! All participating choirs will receive a professional, 4k audio/video recording of their performance. While this performance is non-competitive, all choirs will receive a feedback form from an international adjudicator.
Choose one of the above dates, March 10th, 11th OR 12th, to best suit your schedule.
GROUP SINGING WORKSHOP
On the date of your performance, arrive early for a group singing workshop with internationally renowned conductor Michael T. Dawson, winner of the 2015 Choir of the World and 2024 Oak Tree of Derry International Competition.
TEACHER’S RESOURCES
All participating teachers will receive a digital resource pack for their classroom, including print resources, and the opportunity to attend a choral conducting workshop with award winning conductor Michael T. Dawson. Immediately following the conducting workshop, watch Michael in action at an open rehearsal with his resident choir, LORICA, winners of the 2024 Oak Tree of Derry International Competition.
